Definition:
Model Public Education (MPE) refers to schools that demonstrate inclusive, high-quality, and innovative education as models for other schools in Nepal. [While public education encompasses universities, colleges, schools, and Early Childhood Development Centers, we’ve limited our scope to schools for now.]

Purpose:
To create model schools that inspire nationwide improvement in Nepal’s public education system.

Objectives:

  • Inclusive Access: Ensuring education for all, especially marginalized and disadvantaged children.
  • Quality Learning: Strong curriculum, trained teachers, and student-centered teaching methods.
  • Digital Literacy: Integrating ICT tools, e-learning platforms, and modern teaching aids.
  • Skill Development: Equipping students with vocational, technical, and life skills for future employability.
  • Community Engagement: Parents, local leaders, and communities actively involved in education.
